Nathaniel Sillin
As the Global Head of Financial Education at Visa Inc., Nathaniel Sillin manages the company's award winning financial literacy initiative available in more than 42 markets and 15 languages. Sillin oversees the program which has reached 40 million people worldwide and features the Practical Money Skills for Life and What's My Score programs.

Sillin is an active voice in the financial education community. His weekly Practical Money Matters series, featured nationwide in 500 U.S. newspapers and a Huffington Post blog, delivers expert personal finance tips to consumers of all ages.

Prior to joining Visa, Sillin managed communications for a national political party committee in Washington, D.C., acting as a spokesman for the committee and counseling congressional candidates and Members of Congress. He was a key player in the development and implementation of a comprehensive communications strategy that helped maintain a majority in the House of Representatives – a strategy acclaimed by Roll Call as "smart and carefully crafted." Sillin has also served as the Communications Director for two Members of Congress and as a government relations professional representing clients before Congress.

Sillin currently sits on the National Board of Directors for the Jump$tart Coalition for Personal Financial Literacy®, the Board of Directors of Call for Action, and is a member of the University of Vermont alumni board.

Hugh Norton
Hugh Norton is the Head of U.S. Financial Education at Visa Inc., which includes the award-winning Practical Money Skills for Life, Veterans Financial Coalition and What's My Score programs. Norton has been an active participant in the financial literacy community for years and makes regular appearances to speak on behalf of Visa’s programs.

Prior to joining Visa, Norton worked in public relations for a wide range of financial services, entertainment and public affairs clients. Including publicity for multiple New York Times best sellers and even an Oscar winning, best picture. He currently lives in northern Virginia with his wife and three children.

Lisa Gallimore Withers
Lisa is the national trainer for Visa's Practical Money Skills for Life Program. She travels the country speaking to educators, administrators, and students about financial literacy and the educational resources available through the program.

She has recently spoken to student groups at the University of Washington, University of South Florida, and Texas A&M to promote financial literacy on college campuses. Lisa has also delivered the Practical Money Skills program for organizations and associations including: California School to Career Academy, Future Business Leaders of America Regional and State Conferences, Wisconsin Financial Institute, and the Kansas Business Leaders Association.

Variny Yim
Variny Yim is an independent communications and financial education consultant. Currently, she works as: a Financial Literacy Trainer for Visa, Inc.; the Regional Director of Western States for the Jump$tart Coalition for Personal Financial Literacy; and a blogger for the Practical Money Skills for Life website. Previously, Variny was Director of the American Savings Education Council (ASEC) in Washington, DC. She also collaborated on a book entitled, The Teen Girl's Gotta-Have-It Guide to Money, with Jessica Blatt Press. Variny began her career as a print and broadcast journalist at USA WEEKEND, USA TODAY, and NBC. Later, she did public relations for high-profile companies such as Maxis/Electronic Arts, Starbucks Coffee Company, 24 Hour Fitness,, and Monsanto.
